Lectura is a Montessori-based curriculum school that serves children ages 15 months to 12 years. Our emphasis is on the development of reading in English and Spanish. We provide an environment that encourages children to learn at their own comfortable pace. No pressure is placed on the children, but they are encouraged to do their very best work. Our quality programs and education are offered at an affordable rate as compared to other local Montessori based schools. All learning is nurtured in an environment that celebrates and explores cultural differences.

Bilingual English/Spanish Montessori curriculum
We provide an environment that encourages young learners to become fluent readers in English and Spanish as they work within all of the areas of the Montessori curriculum.
At Lectura, we care about the development of the whole child. Teachers observe children as they repetitively engage in the Montessori materials: grace and courtesy, peace education, care and respect for themselves, others, and their environment.
Teacher observations are important because they help teachers have the correct information to effectively guide children to their maximal learning potential.
As our parents and staff continue to work together our children will succeed. This is our goal.
